48 HOUR CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

  • We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment.

  • Giving notice will help us to re-schedule your treatment to an alternative time.

  • If you wish to rearrange/cancel your appointment, please give us a call or use our online booking system at the earliest opportunity. Please don’t text or put a message on social media.

  • Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service or treatment will be charged.

  • We will take your payment details at the time of booking an appointment with us. We will take the payment at the hair salon once you're done with your treatment.
